Overview of class

WHAT TO EXPECT IN CLASS

Though each class is different they all follow a similar format. We start by centering ourselves and connecting with the breath, focusing on moving with the breath. Practice builds slowly, as we start to move and sense into how the body feels. We start to generate some warmth as we move through different postures towards a specific asana or posture. Next we start to slow down the class, moving into stillness through breathwork(pranayama) and relaxation.

I provide guidance and modifications for all levels of practice so you can decide what feels best for your body.
